WHAT WE OFFER YOU


  • 1-on-1 coaching

    You will receive a personal coach to walk alongside of you through
    bi-weekly coaching sessions. This year long 1-on-1 journey is designed to help you be prepared to lead yourself, your family, and your ministry out of a place of health and wholeness.

  • live training sessions

    During these bi-weekly times of teaching and discussion you will hear from pastors and leaders that walk you through twelve foundational areas that will help you effectively lead and pastor a local church.

  • hands on ministry experience

    We will prayerfully place you as a staff member in one of our local churches. While there you will hone your speaking skills, launch new ministries, attend board meetings, and get the hands-on experience you need to prepare you for your next step in life and

    leadership.

Is Housing Available?

Yes, we have housing options available and will work with both single and married residents.

Is this a paid Residency?

Yes, this is a one-year paid residency program.
